Soils, vines, people and stories.
The exploration, this is the essence that the Grape Hunter project encompasses.
“I spent several years opening and closing my suitcase, packing only the essentials, to leave room for the new things that each experience brought me.
Up and down the world, harvest after harvest, I have reached the awareness of what I love to do: travel while making wine.
The rolling hills of France, the sun-drenched valleys of Australia, the rugged coastlines of New Zealand.
The Grape Hunter was born precisely from here, from the need to discover that conquers the fear of the unknown.
By visiting unique territories and encountering different cultures, I met people who passed on their knowledge to me.
I laughed and spent unforgettable moments with them, some of them became friends.
In this arrow-pierced grape, I've decided to place the essence of everything. My travels, my lessons, my joys, my failures, my dreams...
The first hunt began in 2019 with the discovery of an extraordinary territory, the Euganean Hills, ancient volcanoes of the past, now uniquely shaped hills covered in lush vegetation.
The artisan spirit is what I want to embody in these wines, without any rules.
The journey of each bottle begins with the search for unique vineyards and expert winemakers, hand-picked grapes, and spontaneously fermented. Using nothing that nature hasn't given us, each wine captures the unique soul of the grape variety and the terroir that protects it.
Now my simple passion has transformed into something more and the hope is that the space in that suitcase will never run out.”

Research, experimentation and respect are the basis of the Cacciatore d'Uve philosophy.
A journey to discover the Italian region and its vineyards, through artisanal wines.
STORIES OF HARVESTS
My journey as a Grape Hunter begins in 2019,
Year after year, the desire to explore has led me to territories I was unfamiliar with, but it has also made me rediscover the places where I was born.
